How long does it take before I receive my order?
Hard to say. All image handling, manufacturing and printing depends entirely on the workload I have at the moment. Nothing is done automatically, but by me personally. It also has to do with cross turns, when I send suggestions and how long it takes for you to give feedback. Check your spam, because I'm a shop, I often end up there. Sometimes it takes a few days, but it can also take a month or more. You are welcome to have wishes and I will try my best.

I have sent an email but get no response?
Sometimes emails end up in the spam, then I can miss. Sometimes I sit too little at the computer but stand with manufacturing. EVERYONE is always welcome to call. I usually answer everything (unless I'm busy with customers). Phone hours 9-18, Monday-Thursday +46730-386307

I order from abroad, why can not I see the shipping?
Shipping abroad is counted when the order is placed. All to make it as cheap as possible.
